Our Temp to Perm Service allows clients to enjoy a trial period with an employee before making the commitment to taking them on full time. Workers that start on a temporary role can convert to a full-time role as desired. Crewit offers this as a planned or ad hoc service. Discounted recruitment fees are available for businesses that wish to convert their temp employee to permanent staff.
